The Refinery in Downtown Newburgh is the perfect place to stop for a cup of coffee or a quick bite.

The Refinery was previously tucked away in small shop right down the street from it's new location, so it's safe to say W Jennings Street in Newburgh will always be home to Erin Morrison and her family. After going through all the strenuous steps of relocating a business, The Refinery in Newburgh is officially back open.

Owner Erin Morrison announced the opening in an excited Facebook post late last week. New to The Refinery is a plant-based kitchen created by Chef Adam Edwards, who whips up delicious breakfast and lunch plates until 2pm. The Refinery also has a grab-n-go case that's filled with yummy salad, roasted veggies, hummus platters, fresh fruit and overnight oats.

***Side note: if you've never tried overnight oats, they're a GAME CHANGER when you're on a tight schedule***

The Refinery is open from 7a-8p during the week, and 7a-9p on Friday and Saturday.

Another exciting addition to the Newburgh area is Downtown Newburgh Nights, which is happening every Friday in October from 4p-8p. The Refinery will house live music from the band Hired and Fired. There's also live music, food trucks, late night shopping, pop-ups, and other fun Fall activities.
