First Lady, Michelle Obama has a campaign going to encourage parents to get active with their kids - "Let's Move." To promote it, the First Lady hooked up with Jimmy Fallon to bring us "The Evolution of Mom Dancing."

I have to say that it is with a heavy heart and a head hung in shame, that I tell you in all honesty that I am guilty of every single dance move in this video... In fact, I'm surprised - there are actually a few dance moves that I have done - in public - that are missing from this video. The Lawnmower - The Shopping Cart - The Saturday Night Fever.
