Swifties have been on the edges of their seats waiting for new music from Taylor Swift, who has been working tirelessly for the last year on her next album. The first single from her new era must be around the corner, because alleged details have started to leak!

An insider who in 2012 hinted at the release of Taylor's then-upcoming single 'We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together' has tweeted a few tidbits on the new song, including its title and general sound:

He also responded to a fan who asked if the rumored lyric "They say I date too much and can't make 'em stay" is an actual line from 'Shake It Off' -- and the insider says that it is.

Radio DJ Christopher K (@CKontheRadio) reportedly received an advanced copy of the new track and also hyped fans up on Twitter with a few revealing tweets that he later deleted. His tweets are said to have confirmed the same lyric above, and he called the song fun and upbeat with a catchy horn sound throughout.

It's almost too exciting to comprehend!

The 24-year-old pop star is scheduled to have a live Q&A session with her fans through Yahoo on Monday, Aug. 18. Could there be an announcement then? Maybe even a music video or performance? Fingers crossed!

What do you think of 'Shake It Off' from the details we know so far?
