Hollywood might be bringing back the movie musical for real. After the thrilling success of La La Land, which is now in theaters and a serious awards contender, studios are scouring their contacts lists for those triple threats who can act, sing, and tap dance their way through a script. Today, Saturday Night Live alumni Will Ferrell and Kristen Wiig have signed on to a musical project from the producer of La La Land and the songwriters behind the Broadway version of Hairspray, adapted from the book Everything is Coming Up Profits.

It’s been discussed a few times, but we’ve still never seen a sequel to Step Brothers, Adam McKay’s masterpiece about two grown men (Will Ferrell and John C. Reilly) whose parents marry, forcing them into an unlikely and unwanted familial relationship. And apart from a few small cameos and supporting appearances, Ferrell and Reilly, who also co-starred in McKay’s great Talladega Nights, haven’t made another movie together at all, with or without McKay. It’s enough to make a man give up hope, and possibly to stop lathering up their gorgeous six-pack abs with Kiehl’s.

Cult comedies that attempt to regroup for a sequel many years after the original film often have mixed success. You’ll probably find few people who like Anchorman 2 or Dumb and Dumber To as much as the originals. But, that hasn’t stopped Ben Stiller and Owen Wilson from returning for Zoolander 2 and, despite the odds, this actually looks really funny.

After earning huge laughs with their whiskey-and-water dynamic in 2010's The Other Guys, Mark Wahlberg and Will Ferrell reteam for a comedy that puts a hilarious spin on the emotional fallout of divorce.

On Friday, the latest Will Ferrell and Kevin Hart comedy "Get Hard"  hit theaters.  The premise is Will Ferrell's character is a white collar criminal sentanced to some serious jail time.  He hires Kevin Hart's character to prepare him for prison, assuming he had already been in klink.  Is this movie worth your time and money?  I'll let you know in my latest movie review!

There’s no consensus on what the best Christmas movie of all-time is, but ‘Elf‘ would have to be up there with the best of them. A sequel to Ben Stiller’s ‘Zoolander’ has been a long time coming. The original movie, which followed the hilariously dumb misadventures of a male model named Derek Zoolander (Stiller), opened in the fall of 2001. 13 years later, work is finally starting to ramp up on the follow-up. Actor and writer Justin Theroux will direct ‘Zoolander 2’ (which should be called ‘2lander,’ for obvious reasons), and Stiller will reprise his role as Zoolander, along with Owen Wilson as his model buddy Hansel and Will Ferrell as the world’s most evil fashion designer Mugatu. Deadline says that the returning cast now has its first new addition in the form of the lovely Penelope Cruz.

Will Ferrell is no stranger to rivalries, but although the star might be used to coming to blows with John C. Reilly on the big screen (remember 'Step Brothers' and 'Talladega Nights'? yeah, ya do), it seems like he's taking his act to the small screen with a new nemesis. On last night's 'Tonight Show,' a seriously revved up Ferrell hit host Jimmy Fallon's stage alongside Red Hot Chili Peppers drummer Chad Smith, who just so happens to look startlingly like Ferrell.
