Townsquare Media along with the American Red Cross are holding a Telethon to help raise money for disaster relief. The Telethon goes until 6:30pm tonight.

During the American Red Cross 'Tri-State Cares' telethon, Evansville Mayor Winnecke answered phones and shared a hidden talent. :-)

Last week's devastating round of tornadoes in Kokomo, Indiana destroyed more than 350 homes, leaving families in the area to pick up the pieces. The American Red Cross of Southwestern Indiana is asking for your help so these families can begin to put their lives back together.

Every year, the community comes together to help the Easter Seals Rehabilitation Center raise funds with the Telethon on WEHT Local.  This year's Telethon will be this Sunday, April 13, 12-6 p.m. on WEHT Local!

Since 1946, the Southwestern Indiana Chapter of Easter Seals (known then as the Vanderburgh County Society for Crippled Children and Adults) has provided much needed medical aid and rehabilitation services to children and adults in need right here in the Evansville area.
