March 21st is World Down Syndrome Day - a day to celebrate our friends that were born with an extra 21st chromosome. Take part in a virtual celebration and bid on cool stuff with SMILE.

The group is currently located in Downtown Evansville, but they will need to relocate soon.

Celebrate National Down Syndrome Month at the Vanderburgh County 4-H Fairgrounds during the 16th annual SMILE Mile with S.M.I.L.E. on Down Syndrome!

Kat stopped by Dillard's to pick the perfect runway worthy outfit for a Night of Stars & Style to benefit SMILE on Down Syndrome. She takes you along in another "Kat In Real Life."

Formerly known as the Buddy Walk, the SMILE Mile is quickly approaching October 1st in celebration of National Down Syndrome Awareness Month and in promotion of the acceptance and inclusion of people with Down syndrome.

Even if you don't ride, you can still participate in the 3rd Annual Smile on Down Syndrome Poker Run.

On Saturday, July 18, 2015, SMILE on Down Syndrome will be hosting their third annual Trucks & Heroes event from 9am-12pm at Deaconess Gateway Hospital.  The event will be an opportunity to come check out some of the Tri-State area’s biggest and most fun trucks and working vehicles and meet some of our area’s finest police, fire, medical, and military heroes.
