We’ve only seen brief glimpses of Emma Watson’s Belle in Disney’s live-action Beauty and the Beast following some leaked photos. But now we’re getting the first look at her dressed up in the classic yellow gown alongside the Beast.

The Disney adventure will hit theaters in August.

A remake of Road House is a little questionable, but when you throw UFC badass Ronda Rousey into the role originated by Patrick Swayze, things get a bit interesting. And things just got a whole lot more interesting as the project has found an unlikely director in Nick Cassavetes, son of iconic director John Cassavetes and director of…The Notebook. Of all things.

If you had told us about a year ago that Chris Hemsworth would be starring in the new Ghostbusters movie, we never would’ve guessed he’d be the one sitting behind the desk answering phones. But, the Marvel action hero has indeed signed on to Paul Feig’s Ghostbusters reboot as the ersatz Janine Melnitz to Melissa McCarthy, Kristen Wiig, Kate McKinnon and Leslie Jones.

A lot of your favorite 80s classics have been rebooted or remade into not-so-classics. It's the unfortunate state of the movie business. But, today, we get one back. The proposed ‘Gremlins’ remake, that was on the “fast track” as recently as this past April, may be as dead as a Gremlin in a hot tub.

Sony Pictures has been pursuing a reboot of 'Zorro' for sometime, after Antonio Banderas famously portrayed the masked vigilante in 'The Mask of Zorro' and 'The Legend of Zorro.' Now, with this new endeavor being a priority, the studio has since hired a new writer to give the reboot a 'Dark Knight'-inspired edge.

It's hard to get up in arms about remakes, considering how many of them there are, but the period between originals and new versions is getting shorter and shorter. Case in point: 'The Butterfly Effect.' This 2004 film is the latest to get a remake -- though it's being called a reboot, partly because the original inspired two direct-to-video sequels.
