It seems that every year when my family and I head down to the Evansville Riverfront for the annual fireworks extravaganza, I notice a airplane flying through the display at some point in time. While its high enough in the air to not be in any danger, I always wonder what the view is like from up there. Mayor Winnecke has put a seven-day ban on fireworks, through Friday.  Obviously, this includes the Fourth of July.  The decision was made due to inclimate weather, due to the drought and the heatwave.  Do you agree with Mayor Winnecke's decision...
