The building known for many year's as Harpole's Main Street Exit, then for a few more as Woody's, came crashing down Thursday morning with the help of a demolition team. What's left is a pile of bricks and rubble, along with thousands of memories from those who stopped in over the years to have a drink, shoot some pool, dance, catch some live music, or get kicked out — like I did.

The second trailer for Demolition still doesn’t seem to be doing any favors for the latest film from Jean-Marc Vallee, the director who previously brought us critically acclaimed films Wild and Dallas Buyers Club. Still, with those credits under his belt and with the help of Jake Gyllenhaal, maybe there’s something special to be found in Demolition yet.

Naomi Watts’ is the second-billed star in Jean-Marc Vallée’s Demolition. On the film’s official Fox Searchlight website, her name appears above the title next to Jake Gyllenhaal’s. But she barely appears in the film’s trailer. She’s onscreen for less than one second. She says just three words. (“You miss her?”) It’s almost like the trailer is trying to hide her.

The past few months Roberts Stadium has been slowly coming down.  Every day driving on the Lloyd it was kind of cool because I was able to see the process of them demolishing a little of it each day.  Well just this morning the skeleton of what was Roberts Stadium buckled and came crashing down.

If you haven't driven east on the Lloyd in some time, you may be shocked by what you see.

You could use any number of clichés to describe the demolition of Six Flags Over Texas' Texas Chute Out. All good things must come to an end. What goes up must come down. It's awesome when things go boom (OK, I just made that last one up).
