UPDATE: Well, we didn't see this coming! Shakira's man, Gerard Pique tweeted that the 'Hips Don't Lie' singer gave birth to a son, only to find out later that it was a prank! Congrats to Colombian pop diva Shakira and her footballer boyfriend Gerard Pique on their arrived-a-few-days-late Christmas present. Shakira gave birth to their first child, a son, on Thursday, Dec. 27.

This picture will definitely make your day.

With a new little one on the way - due August 15th - I have already stuffed her nursery with everything she could want or need. So, my maternal mind must consume itself with the first upcoming adorable photo opportunity - past newborn photos of course...

You know I can't stand cute lil kids being adorable...  So I was THRILLED to see this evil child in my Facebook news feed this morning!  Here's a newborn baby (just 15 minutes old) telling her dad what he can do with that camera!  

I guarantee this baby could beat me in table tennis.

Most the most part, kids can be pretty darn adorable. Especially when they try to act like adults.
