Ascension St. Vincent YMCA

A floating sound bath is coming to the Ascension St Vincent YMCA in Evansville this April. The relaxing experience combines meditation, soothing tones, and floating to help calm the nervous system and promote deep relaxation.

I suppose one way to balance out all of the new restaurants that are opening all around us, is to also open up a couple of new workout options.
