Even as video games go, the mobile app Angry Birds is pretty conceptually thin. There are birds. They are angry, ostensibly because green pigs have constructed elaborate castles all over their bird-world, and nobody likes developers. The birds live only to slingshot themselves at high speeds into said castles, destroying them and hopefully eliminating all pigs in the process...

IDW Publishing and Rovio Entertainment are proud to announce that Angry Birds is getting its own comic line!

Sony has announced it will be the distributor for Rovio's 'Angry Birds' 3D film. The movie will be developed and produced by Rovio, with Sony releasing the silver screen adaptation on July 1, 2016.

Angry Birds has made for one happy woman.

This version takes place in outer space, and you have to compensate for the gravitational pull of the planets when launching your birds at the pigs. There's even a video at the Google Play store that has an Astro-physicist giving the tutorial.

There are a ton of great Christmas light displays out there, but one person decided to take it to a whole new level.

I have never hidden from the fact that I am a HUGE video game fan.  I was two years old when the original Nintendo was released in 1985, and I can't remember a time before I played games.  Some of my favorites include anything with The Super Mario Bros., The Legend of Zelda, Metroid, and Resident Evil.

Rooster Teeth, an Austin-based gaming website, is well known for its hilariously re-interpreted live-action video shorts. One of its recent videos, an Angry Birds movie trailer spoof, has now taken the Internet and gaming world by feathery storm.
