South Terrace Takes on Jeopardy with KENDRA!
I love being out in the community and chatting with the kids. They have wonderful imaginations and are such a sponge!
Most schools were doing "Read Across America Week" or "Dr. Seuss" week so I spent most of the week reading to the younger kids. However, a friend of mine teaches at South Terrace Elementary in Wadesville and her fifth grades can already read. So I decided to play a good game of Jeopardy with them! They even made me sign! How sweet is that!
Let me tell you, these kids are so smart. They knew some of the answers that I didn't even know. We made up our own rules too but everyone was included and it was so fun! Getting that energy out, doing something different and watching their teamwork was so great. I can't wait to go again! I even got to take the kids a book for their in-class library!
