Significant Chance for Tornadoes Thursday Night
Eyewitness News Meteorologist Ron Rhodes said rain and thunderstorms will ease their way into the forecast throughout the day, but tonight is when all threats are in play.
As if there isn't enough to worry about in the world right now, the Tri-State could see some severe weather Thursday night.
According to Ron Rhodes, we can expect plenty of rain and thunder during the morning and early afternoon hours. An isolated severe threat will be in effect later this afternoon and into the evening. Plenty of wind, too, with gusts up to 30 mph. Thursday's high will be in the low 70s.
With the sudden increase in temperature and storms brewing, all threats are in play during the evening and overnight hours. The Tri-State has an increased chance for tornadoes, large hail and damaging winds.
