Sweet Indiana Lab Mix is a Senior Pooch Looking for a Second Chance at Love

This is ACE, our Pet of the Week, and this is his second time at It Takes a Village. ACE is looking for a second chance at finding a loving forever home.

ACE first came to ITV as a puppy back in 2013. He was adopted and spent many years with his family. Unfortunately, some members of that family developed allergies, and they had to return ACE to It Takes a Village. What a heartbreaking decision for that family and for ACE. His previous owner describes him as "very lovable, loves to cuddle/snuggle."

Now, almost a decade later, ACE is older and wiser. The  40-pound Lab Mix is good with both young and older children. ACE is also house-trained and signals when he needs to go outside.

All of the animals at ITV are examined by a veterinarian, given age-appropriate vaccinations, dewormed, microchipped, spayed or neutered, and FIV/FeLV-tested.
