Ron Rhodes Says Tristate Could See Snow Next Monday [Forecast]
We're looking at a couple of pretty decent days here in the tristate. Sunny skies with highs in the 50's today and the lower 60's on Wednesday. However, Mother Nature could be moving over and making way for Old Man Winter. According to the National Weather Service and Eyewitness Meteorologist Ron Rhodes (who shared the news today on our morning show) says we could see light snow on Sunday night/early Monday morning and highs in the 30's early next week.
According to the National Weather Service, we have a chance of light snow showers Sunday night into Veterans Day. Here's a snapshot of the current forecast for the tristate area.
AccuWeather hasn't really mentioned snow much, however, their site confirms COLD temperatures. In fact, next Tuesday, we're looking at a high of 39 degrees and a low of, brace yourself, 23! And AccuWeather says we could see sleet Wednesday night into Thursday as the low drops down to 29 with precipitation in the forecast.
The Weather Channel is calling for cold highs as well. For Monday, their meteorologists are calling for a high 38 with a low of 18. On Tuesday they're calling for a high of 36 with a low of 22. Brrrrrrrrrrrr!!!
We'll keep you posted on the developments and the potential for light snow and bitter cold temperatures.
