The New Year is less than a week away and this is the time when people start deciding on their New Year's Resolutions. It's usually some life altering habit change that people kept putting off the whole year that they really don't want to give up. The most common resolution for 2020 is to lose weight or to get is some kind of 'shape'. Quitting smoking used to be #1 but with smoking not being as popular as it once was, weight loss has taken the lead.

I'v never really been one to wait until the 'New Year' to make change. I like to face most problems or changes head on and get them over with as soon as possible. But how about you?
