In a memo from Owensboro Public Schools Superintendent, Matthew Constant, the school district will be moving to virtual only learning starting on November 16. He acknowledged that though positive cases remain low in schools, with rising COVID cases in the community the impact of quarantines has made it difficult to "fully operate."

Free meal service will continue and students should look for information from their school about picking up any materials they need for the virtual learning. The decision to return to in-person classes will be re-evaluted and announced by December 3rd.

ANNOUNCEMENT: Please see letter below from Superintendent Constant regarding the district moving to virtual-only learning beginning this Monday, November 16.
