St. Louis will host the Oddities & Curiosities Expo this weekend at STL Convention Center Americas Center at 701 Convention Plaza in St. Louis, this event is happening on Saturday, July 23rd from 10 am to 6 pm. What exactly is the Oddities & Curiosities Expo? On their website they say...

"The Oddities & Curiosities Expo showcases hand selected vendors, dealers, artists and small businesses from all over the country with all things weird. You'll find items such as: taxidermy, preserved specimens, original artwork, horror/halloween inspired pieces, antiques, handcrafted oddities, quack medical devices, creepy clothing, odd jewelry, skulls/bones, funeral collectibles & much more."

If you want to learn more about the Oddities & Curiosities Expo check out their website by clicking here!

I will say that this sounds like a fun event to check out, I myself am not really into any of this type of stuff but that doesn't mean it wouldn't be cool to look around and see what is there. If you are one of the people who love to go all out for Halloween and you want to make sure you have decorations that your neighbor won't have then you have to go to this expo and do some shopping this weekend, I mean who doesn't need a couple of extra skulls laying around the house right?

LOOK: How Halloween has changed in the past 100 years

Stacker compiled a list of ways that Halloween has changed over the last 100 years, from how we celebrate it on the day to the costumes we wear trick-or-treating. We’ve included events, inventions, and trends that changed the ways that Halloween was celebrated over time. Many of these traditions were phased out over time. But just like fake blood in a carpet, every bit of Halloween’s history left an impression we can see traces of today.
