Who doesn't love Kentucky Mexican BBQ right?!  No I'm totally serious it's a thing and we are here for it.  Did you all know there is a Kentucky Mexican BBQ restaurant built inside an old Catholic Church and it's just minutes from the Tristate?

Noche Mexican BBQ is located off Bardstown Road in Louisville.  The authentic Mexican BBQ restaurant opened in August of 2019 after the renovation of the cathedral.

Angel here and I had the opportunity to speak with owner Aaron Diaz this week.  I asked him what made their restaurant so unique aside from the fact they were inside a church.  He told me all the BBQ is smoked in house.  I only spoke with Aaron for a short period of time but he was super nice and very proud of his restaurant and their service.

The idea behind the restaurant is for everyone that dines to feel like part of the family.  Growing up for Aaron his family taught him the importance of family and eating together.  His mission is to eat, laugh, make memories and celebrate family.  Each person that walks through the doors is made to feel celebrated through a fiesta.

The serve brunch, lunch, and dinner on their menu plus lots of specialty cocktails.

Noche is definitely a dining experience you won't forget.  I already have a list of things I am going to try.  Joe and I just added this place to our Road Trip Bucket List.   Check out Noche's Facebook page for all they have going on.
