Sylvia and her sister are just pups. They were brought to SPARKY from a local shelter and are believed to be terrier mixes.

Sylvia told her SPARKY friends she really hopes she and her sister Marsha can find their special FUREVER homes soon. She promises to be a good girl and be the best and most loyal girl around.
