Mardi Bras 2013 Friday Night at Aztar and Kat Mykals Will Be There in a Bra!

Mardi Bras 2013! A great event to raise funds for the AIDS Resource Group, and I will be wearing a custom made bra for this event!

I will be wearing a custom bra created for me - with a radio theme - by the lovely Nikki Davis. What you see in the photo above are pieces from an old set of headphones that I had used for several years, as well as components from a stereo receiver that was donated for deconstruction by a coworker. Somehow Nikki was able to take the little diodes out of the stereo and turn them into beads! Take a look at how it all came about...

For the 4th year Mardi Bras is taking place here in Evansville, and for the first time ever I will be participating as a model! The premise behind Mardi Bras is that local artisans create custom bras as wearable art, and then the bras are modeled in a runway style fashion show, and auctioned off to raise money for the AIDS Resource Group. The event will take place Friday, March 1st at Casino Aztar. Tickets are available now!
