The Owensboro Air Show Is Bringing Exotic Supercars to the Runway

I've always wanted to experience the thrill of driving an exotic supercar at the National Corvette Museum's NCM Motorsports Park. And it's hardly a prohibitive notion; Bowling Green, Kentucky, is just an hour away.

But now it looks like exotic supercars are coming to Owensboro in September as part of the Owensboro Air Show. An event that's already packed with thrills and excitement just took it up another notch. How would you like the chance to slide behind the wheel of a luxurious and exotic supercar?

The Owensboro Air Show has teamed up with Precision Exotics to bring lots of horsepower to one of Western Kentucky's most popular events. Imagine yourself behind the wheel of a Porsche 911 GT3, McLaren Artura, Lamborghini Huracan Evo, or a  Corvette C8 Z06.

Precision Exotics experiences usually occur at air shows; airport runways are the best way to open it up and hit maximum speed without the threat of interacting with traffic. And the ticketed event makes for a unique "add-on" to an already potent air show experience.

When Is the Owensboro Air Show?

The Owensboro Air Show is all set for Friday, September 11th through Sunday, September 13th, but the specific time for the Precision Exotics Driving Experience has yet to be added. Still, we know it's happening, and you're encouraged to secure your tickets as availability will be limited.

There's a $299 price tag on the tickets, but, according to the Owensboro Times, a discount is available through the Owensboro Air Show website.
