Top 50 Richest Suburbs In The US List Includes 3 Chicago Suburbs
Ah, the rich suburban lifestyle. Many aspire to it, but the numbers of people who actually get to live it are far less than those who really, really want to.
Some of my favorite observations by others about wealthy suburban life:
- “Rich suburbs: where you move to get away from people and end up living right next to them.”
- “A place where the mailboxes cost more than most people’s rent.”
- “Where the lawns are manicured, but the conversations aren’t.”
- “In the rich suburbs, gossip travels faster than Wi-Fi.”
- “In the monied suburbs, the biggest scandal is who got their landscaping done first.”
