The world needs more food trucks. Illinois is fortunate to already have some great ones, but there is one that apparently rises above the rest according to food truck experts.

It looks like this is a brand new ranking just shared this month by Best Food Trucks. They list what they believe are the 10 best food trucks in Illinois and this is the one that they have at #1. They specialize in this delicious food called arepas.

This is why many in Illinois look this food truck up when they're in the Chicagoland area. It's La Cocinita Chicago. I was looking at their official website and it lists arepas, tacos and a Caribbean bowl.

It's high praise when you're named the best food truck in Illinois when there are other great ones like Kissed By Fire BBQ & Pizza, Harold's Chicken and the Yum Dum Truck. The more food trucks, the happier I am.
