How To Make a No Sew DIY Halter From an Old T-Shirt [VIDEO]

I am all about this whole upcycle movement! Imagine making something fabulous out of a boring old T-Shirt!

Since I can't sew, and don't have a sewing machine to learn on, I often feel limited to what kind of upcycle/recycle projects I can tackle. I am super excited about this tutorial that I found because it requires absolutely no sewing whatsoever. All you need is a T-shirt and a pair of scissors!
