Dinosaur Train Adventure Coming to French Lick

Who doesn't love dinosaurs?  I feel like there's something about dinosaurs that wakes up and excites the kid in all of us.  I mean at one point in time there were these gigantic creatures that roamed the earth, that are just bones in the earth now.  It's truly amazing when you think about it.  I also know kids love dinosaurs, my nephew is 3 and you can show him a photo of any dinosaur and he can quickly tell you exactly which dinosaur that is.   So when I heard about this dinosaur adventure train experience in French Lick, it definitely excited my inner child. I mean, dinosaurs AND trains?!  Now that is an exciting combination.

The French Lick Scenic Railway is no stranger to themed train rides.  From an Easter bunny-themed train to the Polar Express and more they're always hosting exciting events.  If you've got kiddos who love dinosaurs, this may be the train adventure for you. So what can you expect on the Dinosaur Adventure train ride?  Basically, it's like a trip back in time to the Jurassic period.

There will be educational adventures and plenty of fun to be had as kids of all ages learn about natural science, prehistoric history, and paleontology.  There will even be live reptile encounters, bounce houses, a place to dig for fossils, mini-golf, and more.  The entire encounter will take about 2.5 hours and takes place on July 17th, 18th, 24th, and 25th.  For all of the information including tickets, you can find that at FrenchLickScenicRailway.org.
