At the risk of sounding like an old, dirty pervert, I've always thought that more than a few of the female characters would be smokin' hot if they were real people. With two young kids I've seen nearly every Disney movie ever made more times than I care to count so after a while my mind starts to wander and start putting together "what if" scenarios. Before you start judging me and keeping your children a safe distance away, know that I'm not the only dude to have these thoughts.

Meet Jirka Väätäinen, a native of Finland as well as a graphic arts student at the Arts University College at Bournemouth in the United Kingdom. In an interview with Joanna Douglas from Shine from Yahoo, Jirka says,

I've always been interested in the way people look and what makes them unique in their appearances. This was a personal challenge for me to see if I could recreate characters that we all know and love, and try to maintain their unique features. The end results are what I would imagine the characters to look like in ‘real life,’ while still staying somewhat true to the unrealistic quirks in their original character designs.

Using photo manipulation, Jirka (pronounced Yirka according to his blog) explains that the images were created by combining elements from different photos of women who resemble the characters. He then created composite images through digital painting and then put them together using Photoshop.
