Fiesta Taco Plates – A Must-Have for Taco Night at Home

Tired of loading up your taco shell with all those delicious fillings only to have them spill out all over your plate when the taco inevitably falls over? Well have no fear, the Fiesta Taco Plate is here!

While making my weekly run to the grocery store, I caught a glance of these ingenious plates on the end of an aisle at Schnuck's on First Avenue. At first I kept walking, my mind not quite registering what I had just seen right away. Once it clicked, I stopped dead in my tracks and backed up to make sure I saw what I thought I saw.

As you can see in the picture above, the concept is why-didn't-I-think-of-that simple, it's a plate molded to hold three hard or soft shell tacos along with compartments to keep your side dishes (rice, beans, etc.).

As someone who is all about gadgets, and tools that make life simpler, these are a must-have in my opinion. They come in packages of four giving you one for every member of the family (unless you have more than four people, of course).

A quick Google search revealed the plates are also available through Amazon, and the Walmart website. I didn't buy a set while at Schnuck's, but I think I'll be throwing a box in the cart on my next trip.
