The highly-discussed River Kitty Cat Cafe is reportedly a go!

In a post to their Facebook page yesterday (Sunday 3/19/17), the River Kitty Cat Cafe posted the update:

According to their Kickstarter page, which you can check out or donate to HERE, the River Kitty Cat Cafe needed $25,000 to launch their business here in Downtown Evansville.  The business aims to create a cafe/coffee-shop with a room for their patrons to be able to dine or hang out with adoptable cats from the Vanderburgh Humane Society.  The concept went viral locally on social media and reportedly exceeded the $25,000 goal yesterday.

Upon hitting $28,000 "Stretch Goals" will begin to be met which will add more cool concepts to the Cat Cafe.  We'll bring you more information when it becomes available.  In the mean time, you can enjoy video of Kat and me with four kittens from last week's broadcast at the Warrick Humane Society!
