We're in the most trying times I can ever remember and we're all learning to be resourceful in ways we didn't know we could.

With gyms part of Governor Andy Beshear's directive to close all public facing businesses, those who were trying to get into shape at their favorite gym now have options.

For example, Edge Body Boot Camp, where I was part of a six-week challenge, has online workout programs guided by a trainer so you can keep burning those calories at home.

Planet Fitness is live-streaming what they call "home work-ins."

The Owensboro Family YMCA has on demand videos for workouts.

Iron Jungle is another one.

There apparently are multiple options.

And maybe you can luck out like we did here at the radio station. We were helping Barb unload some equipment that was still at the Christmas Wish office.

See this thing?

It was part of an old Macy's sign and I bet it weighs at LEAST 50 pounds. It's also constructed in a such a way that we can work out different muscles everywhere.

Angel got underneath and did some squats.

So maybe you have weights at home (I don't) or something heavy that you can use for a makeshift workout.

Thing is, during this crisis, I feel like it's important to maintain as much normalcy as possible.

Even if that normalcy is quite a bit altered now.
