Looking for something to do one or two (or every) night this week? Why not make a trip to Boonville, Indiana and check out the Warrick County 4-H Fair?

My in-laws live in Boonville, so a trip to the fair at least once this week is more than likely in store for me. Which is fine, I don't mind. The kids enjoy riding the rides with their cousins and I can always go for some kind of deep fried something or other.

This year's festivities include the standard county fair, uh, fare. Outside of the aforementioned food and carnival rides, visitors can also check out the L.A. Dirt Riders Motocross on Monday evening at 6pm, mud volleyball, hog wrestling, and a demolition derby.

The fair also includes live entertainment from musicians Andrea Wirth and The Bobby Clark Band on Thursday, as well as local artist Troy Miller and Tammy Miller and Friends.

Admission is $1.00 per person, with kids six and under admitted free. Tickets for Andrea Wirth and The Bobby Clark Band are $10 per person and can be purchased by calling 812-499-5413. Admission to the mud volleyball, demolition derby, L.A. Dirt Riders, and Tug-of-War Challenge is $6.00
