Would You Stay in an AirBnB?

AirBnb's are the UBER of hotel rentals and latest way people are trying to make money by renting rooms and spaces out of their houses and even apartment without have to deal with all those pesky housing regulations!

Not all AirBnb's look like those quaint little rural farm houses owned by the sweet old couple who's kids are all grown up! In fact, most have rooms smaller than a utility closet, with multiple guests (mostly strangers) having to share a communal bathroom. In a recent study, the AirBnb industry is proved to be highly unregulated, with some renting rooms that legally AREN'T supposed to be rented.
