Worst Mom Ever? Halloween Prank Traumatizes Toddler [VIDEO]

Is this the worst mom of all-time?

Probably not, but she DID probably traumatize her little girl!

Yesterday I shared a video of a man scaring his trick-or-treaters on his porch (click here to view).  He became remorseful after his prank left a little girl in tears.  Here is a similar video...  Only this time the culprit is the little girl's MOM!  She spring-loaded a fake spider (that her daughter seemingly already didn't like) to jump out at the toddler.  Watch the video here.

What do you think?  Was this just a harmless prank, or should her parenting license be revoked?
