Wind Advisory for Much of the Tri-State Tuesday Afternoon

Hey, great news...it's supposed to stop raining today! Woohoo! There's some bad news though. The temperature is gonna drop (we might even see a wee bit of snow) and it's going to be windy on Tuesday.
