The Rob and Maddie have been on a mission all morning to see who makes the best Philly cheesesteak in the Tri-State.

This morning on The Rob's Radio Show with Maddie West, the topic of Philly cheesesteaks came up. The Rob is particularly passionate about Philly cheesesteaks because he was born and raised in Philadelphia.

Turns out, he's not the only one that's passionate about a good 'ol cheesesteak. Many people from around the Tri-State chimed in with their favorite local spots to grab one. Meanwhile, Maddie has never even tried a cheesesteak, let alone a traditional Philly cheesesteak.

So, with that being said, the conversation must continue. We need more input before we "officially" decide where the best Philly cheesesteak is made around town. Maddie can't have a bad first impression, and The Rob is a tough judge.

Here is The Rob's criteria for a "real" Philly cheesesteak:

A tasty, white, tough, chewy bread housing a delicious, properly seasoned cheesesteak meat. Dress it however you'd like; with or without sauteed onions, bell peppers, mushrooms...but the key ingredient to a good Philly cheesesteak is warm, melted Cheez Whiz. Not melted American, not Velveeta, specifically melted Cheese Whiz. End quote.

So, taking all the into consideration, who makes the best Philly cheesesteak in the area? We've gathered some popular suggestions, so cast your vote below! If you'd like to recommend on that's not on the list, let us know!
