Where to Find Mardi Gras Food in Evansville
When you think Mardi Gras, your thoughts probably lean more towards guzzling more alcohol than your body can handle and ladies showing off the goods for strand of plastic beads that cost less than a dollar to produce. But Mardi Gras also means great food like gumbo, jambalaya, and crawfish! Since we're not located in Louisiana bayou, finding good cajun cuisine can be difficult.
