If the doomsday theorists are to be believed, the end of the Mayan calendar on Friday will mark the end of days. But there are 24 hours in a day, can we be more specific? Is there a Mayan wrist watch we could go by?

For what it's worth, I don't believe the apocalypse will take place on Friday because some people misinterpreted a stone calendar created over 5,000 years ago. But just for fun, let's say there's something to this whole Mayan calendar thing. Will the world end at the stroke of midnight on Friday morning, meaning Thursday would technically be our last day on Earth?

How much would it suck if you planned an "End of the World" party for Friday night only to have misinterpreted the message and have the world end while you were sleeping? Think of all the wasted alcohol and party favors!

Perhaps armegeddon will happen at the end of the day on Friday. Maybe we have up until 11:59:59 Friday night to cross all the items off our bucket lists. If that's the case, I guess I'll end up missing the second half of Late Night with Jimmy Fallon. That's not on my bucket list, I just like his show.

Now wait a minute, here's something I just thought of, what time zone do the Mayans live in? Eastern? Pacific? Mountain?!?! Will the world collapse one time zone at a time? And what about Europe and Asia? They're like a day ahead of us, so will they just evaporate one country at a time? So many questions to answer!

Long story short, I would just like to know at least an approximate time so I'm not in the middle of something when it happens. I'd hate to be in the bathroom regretting that Mexican food I ate the day before when the rapture comes.

Just to be safe, I'll try to hold it until Saturday.
