Starting with Star Wars, for decades fans have been really, REALLY involved with their movie characters. My kid even wore a "Team Edward" shirt in middle school. I never figured out the logistics of this team (who they played, where they sent their dues, who acted as captain...) but as with anything else, the fandom needs to be branded. I started looking up fan group names for other popular movies...

Twilighters, Twi-hard, Gleeks, Potterites, Potterheads, Twerds, Fanpires, Jedis, Trekkies, Starmies, Ringers, Tolkiens, Tolkienite, Tolkienophile or Tolkiendil (an Anglo-Quenya compound). A very early term which was never widely adopted was LoTRian. My head hurts...

Got me thinking... what will Hunger Games fans be called? What are they already called since the book has been available for quite some time? I'm leaning towards Hungarian but I'm not very good at this. Looks like Tributes or Mockingjays seems to be the going name. What have you heard or come up with to brand Hunger Games fans?
