There was no loss of life - animal or human - in the fire that broke out Monday at The Christian County Animal Shelter, but there are now a whole lot of homeless animals that are now truly homeless. Many of the 200 animals have been placed into the care of some of the surrounding animal rescues, including The Bowling Green Humane Society. Now comes the arduous task of cleaning up and rebuilding after the fire so that the animals in Christian County have a safe haven while they wait for their forever homes in the future.
