The West Side Nut Club set a pretty high bar for themselves during last year's annual parade by getting Lily King to serve as their Grand Marshal roughly six weeks after she struck gold at the Rio Olympics. They're sticking to the sports world again, but this time they've made a call to the bullpen.

The Club announced on Twitter Tuesday morning that Mater Dei graduate, and current pitcher for the Philadelphia Phillies, Jerad Eickoff will be given the honor of presiding over the final event that concludes the annual Franklin Street festival.

This 96th annual Fall Festival begins Monday, October 2nd and will wrap up on Saturday, October 7th. The parade is scheduled for 4:30 p.m. on the 7th.
