In my life I have met my share of strange and unusual people. I have worked as a waitress, tended bar, and even worked for one of the largest big box stores in the world, and I have never seen anyone like this! The woman in this video is allegedly high on meth. I don't know if that's actually what's going on with her, but something is definitely not as it should be. This woman is moving so fast, she could win the Indy 500! In all seriousness - this is a perfect example of why drugs are a cancer on our society... Just think, when she left this store, she probable got into a car and drove herself home. Scary to think that any one of us could have encountered her - or someone like her - along the road somewhere.
