I can't figure out which part of this video is stranger. The old man who's practicing his Kung Fu skills in the parking lot of a Food Lion store - or - the man who is watching, filming and narrating the old man practicing his Kung Fu skills in the parking lot of a Food Lion store. Talk about something strange going on in Richmond, Virginia!
