Watch a Ninki Bistro Sushi Chef at Work [VIDEO]

Ninki Japanese Bistro in Newburgh has some of the best sushi I've ever eaten, and they were nice enough to let me go behind the counter during a recent live broadcast to see how their sushi chef creates a couple of their most popular rolls, the Butterfly Roll and the Sunshine Roll.

In case the text within the video was a little difficult to read, the Butterfly Roll is a combination of cucumber, spicy shrimp, fried shrimp, topped with tuna, snapper, salmon, white tuna, shrimp, avocado, and sweet soy sauce.

The Sunshine Roll is shrimp tempura, avocado, and crab, topped with salmon, tuna, yellow tail, sweet soy sauce, and white sauce.
