For almost three months, I've been making it my personal mission to find a special dog at the Warrick Humane Society a home.  Her name is Kenda.  She's a beautiful Viszla/Pit mix and she's incredibly sweet.  She's got some energy, as she's only about a year old, but not enough that she'd turn off a potential family, in my opinion.  I shot a video of myself with Kenda in April because she had been there since January...  Longer than any other animal at the Warrick Humane Society.

I went back to the Warrick Humane Society for our visit in May.  Despite sharing Kenda multiple times on my personal social media as well as KISS-FM's social media, Kenda STILL had not been adopted.  Every week I would check in and see if anybody had found this sweet baby a home...  And every week it was the same answer.

Yesterday, merely three days before my June visit to Warrick, I received word that FINALLY Kenda has been adopted!  I don't know if whoever adopted her was a KISS listener or not, but either way, THANK YOU for giving this wonderful dog her forever home!  Below I've included the last article I wrote about Kenda, trying to find her a home for the second time:

Last month, I introduced you to Kenda.  If you missed it, or want to see it again, you can see that article by clicking HERE.  She's a VERY sweet girl, a Vizsla mixed with Pit (we think)!  She REALLY would like you to come meet her, she's currently at the Warrick Humane Society on Vann Road in Newburgh!

Here's the story.  Every month, I make it my personal mission to help find a forever home for the animal at the Warrick Humane Society that has been there the longest.  I've been doing this dating back to last summer.  Every time I have done this, I am proud to say, that animal has found a home...  But unfortunately, I can't say the same for sweet Kenda.

She's about a year old, so she's still very young and energetic, but she's SO well-behaved and incredibly good-tempered.  She's been at Warrick since January, so it's been going on FIVE months...  And I just can't figure out why.

But I am not going to give up.  I desperately want to help this amazing and beautiful dog a home.  PLEASE watch this video or share it to somebody that you think might like to meet Kenda!  She would really light up somebody's life!

Also, here is the first video I shot with Kenda last month:
