LET US ALL REJOICE! Wipe your tears, people, because Toys R Us might be making a comeback.

According to a report by Wall Street Journal, the same group that pulled the plug on Toys R Us and Babies R Us this year intends to revive the brand.

Papers filed Monday in bankruptcy court showed that the retailer received multiple bids for assets including Toys R Us, Babies R Us, Geoffrey the Giraffe, website domains and others, but instead they decided to opt for a reorganization plan.

This means there would be a “new, operating Toys R Us and Babies R Us branding company that maintains existing global license agreements and can invest in and create new domestic, retail operating businesses under the Toys R Us and Babies R Us names.”

What the Toys R Us of the future might actually look like is still uncertain, but there's a small sliver of hope for you to hang on to. The future is bright, kids.
