After having Olaf in this week with Lindsey from the Warrick Humane Society, I learned that Olaf had been rescued from a life-threatening situation by one of our local men in blue with the EPD.

Olaf was such a sweet boy while he was visiting with me & Ryan this morning. He is very attentive and treat motivated. He sits very well for a little snack and he has just the sweetest face. Lindsey from Warrick Humane Society, said they had taken him in from Evansville Animal Care & Control and he has been at the shelter now for a couple of months.

After I shared Olaf this morning on Facebook, I got a message from a friend of mine with Evansville Animal Care and Control who shared a little more information with me about how Olaf found himself there. You see... Olaf was in trouble! Luckily for Olaf, an officer with the Evansville Police Department found him just in time & saved him!

Olaf would have surely drowned if he hadn't been spotted by the nice officer with a big heart! Now Olaf is up for adoption with Warrick Humance Society and he needs a loving forever home!
