We asked the Tri-State what the best album of the early 2000s was, and we officially have a winner!

During The Rob's Radio Show with Maddie West, the topic came up of the favorite albums from the first decade of the 2000s. There were several fantastic albums during those 10 years, but we narrowed it down to nine.

Taylor Swift: Fearless

Usher: Confessions

Eminem: The Eminem Show

Lil Wayne: Tha Carter III

NSync: No Strings Attached

50 Cent: Get Rich or Die Tryin'

Nelly: Country Grammar

Katy Perry: Teenage Dream

Justin Timberlake: Future Sex Love Sounds

We polled the audience on air and on Facebook and the results were varied.

However, one album stood out against the others by at least a few...

Well, there you have it. Eminem's The Eminem Show won the overall vote with seven total votes. Runner up was Usher's Confessions with six votes. Rounding out the top three was Nelly's Country Grammar. This has restored our faith in music 110%.

We wonder what people will say this decade's best album was 10 years from now...
