The Happiest And Saddest States According to Twitter
The University of Vermont recently conducted a study using Twitter to decide which states were the happiest and saddest according to Twitter.

They looked for certain “happy” words and “sad” words, here’s what they found!
The five happiest states were:
Hawaii (shocker, right? if I lived in Hawaii I’d be happy all the time too!)
Maine
Nevada
Utah
Vermont
The five saddest were:
Louisiana
Mississippi
Maryland
Michigan
Deleware
The study was then broken down by The Atlantic and ranked the happiest urban areas they found
Napa, California was the happiest and then
Longmont, Colorado
San Clemente, California
Santa Fe, New Mexico
Santa Cruz, California
Then they found the saddest which were:
Beaumont, Texas
Albany, Georgia
Texas City, Texas
Shreveport, Louisiana
Monroe, Louisiana
