This past month, I was invited to a very special Evansville Ad Club luncheon. During our meal, we were shown the new fall lineups from ALL local TV stations. At first, I sat and just enjoyed but some of them looked so good, I had to start writing them down or else I'd forget to DVR them!

Our 2016 fall movie preview focused entirely on theatrical movies, with one crucial exception. We couldn’t leave out Mascots, the new movie from Christopher Guest. It may be debuting on Netflix instead of in movie theaters around the country, but it’s easily one of our most anticipated movies of the fall. To watch this trailer, is to understand why.

Now that we’ve put that big Hodor twist (and hopefully its jokes) behind us, Game of Thrones has even more “Blood of My Blood” to spill by the looks of next Sunday’s photos. Arya seems ready to complete her first assassination, while a deadly public conflict with the High Sparrow looms, but is another big death waiting in the wings?

God help us all.
